Welcome to Skill Transform. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website skilltransform.com and any training programs, courses or services offered by Skill Transform (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Our courses are intended for individuals aged 16 and above. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enrol. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment in a course is confirmed only after we receive the applicable fees and issue a confirmation. Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrolment at our discretion.

3. Fees and Payments

  • All fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of enrolment.
  • Fees once paid are non-transferable to another individual unless expressly approved by us in writing.
  • Applicable taxes, if any, are payable in addition to the listed course fees.
  • Instalment options, if offered, must be paid by the agreed due dates. Delayed payments may result in suspension of access to the program.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing before the course commencement date. Once training has begun, fees are generally non-refundable. Any approved refund may be subject to administrative charges.

 

5. Course Delivery and Schedule

We make every reasonable effort to deliver courses as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to modify batch timings, trainers, delivery mode (classroom / online / hybrid) or curriculum content when required to maintain quality or due to unforeseen circumstances. Learners will be notified of any material changes.

 

6. Student Responsibilities

  • Attend classes regularly and complete assignments, projects and assessments on time.
  • Maintain respectful and professional conduct with trainers, staff and fellow learners.
  • Not share, record, redistribute or resell course content, recordings or materials without written permission.
  • Use lab environments, tools and accounts only for learning purposes related to the enrolled program.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, curriculum, presentations, recordings, assignments, projects, logos and materials made available through Skill Transform are the intellectual property of Skill Transform or its licensors. You may use them solely for your personal learning and not for commercial purposes.

8. Certification

A course completion certificate is issued only to learners who meet the required attendance, assessment and project submission criteria. Certification does not guarantee employment.

9. Placement Assistance

Where offered, placement assistance includes activities such as resume preparation, mock interviews and referrals to hiring partners. Placement assistance is a support service and does not constitute a guarantee of employment, salary or job role. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the respective employers.

10. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any program, without refund, in cases of misconduct, harassment, plagiarism, sharing of confidential materials, misuse of lab resources or any behaviour that disrupts the learning environment.

11. Third-Party Tools and Services

Some courses may involve the use of third-party platforms, tools or cloud services. Your use of such services is also governed by the respective providers’ terms. We are not responsible for any downtime, changes or issues arising from third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Transform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific program in question.

13. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use automated means to extract content. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time without prior notice.

14. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
